Whenever possible, please arrange to pick up your items at our embroidery shop on 15 High Street, Elgin between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

When this is not possible, we can arrange to post or send by courier. We shall explore the best and most cost-effective options available, discuss and agree this with you. Please note: customers will be required to cover postage & packing or courier costs, prior to items being despatched.
